The initiative of SI Rhyl, from Wales, that turned into an international walk.
On 23 September, 2006, Soroptimists walked in support of women coming to terms with the aftermath of war.
This UKPAC initiative proved hugely popular and women from every region in the UK took part in Women Walking for Women.
