Coffee Morning

The club held a successful coffee morning at the Mayor's Parlour in Clitheroe. The event was attended by the MP, Nigel Evans and the Mayor and Mayoress of Clitheroe who were there to help support the Smile Train, a charity which operates on children with cleft palates and hare lips who would normally opportunity to benefit from these operations.

Clitheroe Market Stall

Pendleside recently held a market stall in Clitheroe to raise funds for the Air Ambulance. The team sold £137 of goods. Our Social Secretary Barbara thought she may have found something of value as there on what appeared to be a piece of silver a hall mark. Would this make the Club’s fortune? Would the Air Ambulance’s problems be solved? Unfortunately no. it was worthless. Still better luck next time.

 

 

Window Cleaning

The club engaged in some service work, recently, cleaning windows!
